Understanding: THE generation Alpha

Understanding an generation is very important. Why?

Understanding each other’s views and values will allow different generations to increase their appreciation of one another. This, in turn, will lead to better communication and collaboration because people are now talking from a sense of appreciation and acknowledgement.

Generation Alpha is the first generation in history to be born in technological times. They are more familiar with games on their Ipad than going playing outside.

If we have the opportunity to understand this generation, we give these children a chance to feel heard, understoond and valued. We will be able to communicate and engage in a more meaningfull way with them.
